We were traveling from Chicago to memphis on 12/4 when we stopped here for lunch. Food was amazing but the service was even better. As we went to leave the car wouldn't start and multiple employees offered to help jump us and get us back on the road. I highly appreciate the store and the teammates who work here! Thank yall again for the quick service!

We only have a McDonalds in our small town that we don't often go to. However when snowbirding to Tucson 3 months each year we very much like Culvers. It is the only fast food place we go to there. Tremendous variety of food choices and everything we have tried has been very good. Really don't see how a McDonalds for instance can compete at all with same narrow menu options for years and no price advantage.

Cheese curds and custard are 5/5. Sandwiches are 4/5 but still good. Good experience especially for fast food.

It’s fast food, so it gets rated based on that. Five stars for having what I ordered, cooked correctly and my order is served as ordered. We only have one Culver’s where I’m from. (The local urban myth is - the owner’s daughter got married and moved down here. So he opened a Culver’s so she wouldn’t do without.) and that Culver’s is far away from me. So I don’t generally get to go. In Every time I’m up north I stop at a Culver’s at least once. I always order the cheese curds. (One time I ordered the cheese curds and the cheese sauce. It was delicious but it hit me wrong and now I know I can’t do that. But you might try it.) It’s a BUTTER BURGER if you’re not sure what that is - go ahead and get it. It’s a burger. I eat too many burgers so here I always order the COD SANDWICH (I have no idea how much of it is actual fish, or if like that chicken sandwich place - it is 80% fake stuff.) the cod sandwich is fine. I order it plain with tartar sauce. (They serve it with lettuce and grated cheese sprinkle otherwise.) Onion rings are a great go-to here. All the times I’ve ever ordered the onion rings they have been top shelf. Custard. Yup. Pick your flavor and try one. If you’ve never had it then definitely choose a flavor and give it a go.

Walked in just before a bus load of high school kids. Our food was fresh and hot, the staff handled the entire dining room that slammed packed with kid without any issues. They delivered our food to us and everyone around us with a positive attitude and great energy. Very impressive. Great teamwork!

It's Culver's. The experience is pretty consistent. The service was polite and helpful, and our food was served quickly. The Reuben is surprisingly good. Bathroom Nirvana was achieved; I didn't have to touch a faucet, soap dispenser or paper-towel dispenser to use them. I think the blow-dryer required a button press, but I can forgive them that since they provided a touchless alternative. This is not our usual Culver's, but the visit confirmed my suspicion that the chain keeps very tight reins on their stores' appearance and customer experience.

I absolutely love their butter burgers here. It's very affordable & if you have a family this is the place. Costs less than other fast food places & better tasting.
